When booking a holiday property letting with us, we need to collect information from you, this will include; your name, email address, billing address, phone number, dietary and accessibility needs and credit or debit card information. This information is then used to process your booking and allows us to contact you to communicate the status of your booking and details of your stay.


We will NOT pass this personal information onto others unless it is necessary in order to process your booking or payment. We may send emails to customers to let you know about special offers and new properties relating to the company. If you do not wish to receive this information you can simply email us at info@1298.ltd or click the unsubscribe button at the bottom of an email circular.
